Kenichiro Yoshida, Presidente del Consejo, Presidente y CEO de Sony Group Corporation, tomó el escenario en la conferencia de prensa de Sony el miércoles, 4 de enero, en anticipación a la inauguración de la exposición. STAR SPHERE

STAR SPHERE es un proyecto para acercar el espacio a todos y descubrir las “perspectivas del espacio” para brindar la oportunidad de pensar sobre el ambiente global y los problemas sociales. El 3 de enero de 2023 (hora estándar del Pacífico) se lanzó un nanosatélite a control remoto denominado “EYE” equipado con una cámara capaz de tomar fotografías desde el espacio. Sony expondrá "Space Shooting Lab&quot;, un simulador experimental que propone un “espacio” para fotografía experimental desde el espacio que STAR SPHERE planea ofrecer en el futuro, y el modelo de un nanosatélite equipado con equipo fotográfico de Sony.

Tecnología para los creadores

Esta exposición presenta iniciativas relacionadas con las nuevas experiencias basadas en datos para los fans deportivos y lleva a los visitantes por el proceso de los datos deportivos: desde capturar datos en el campo, crear contenido virtual en tiempo real y ofrecer varias plataformas a los fans. Captura volumétrica portátil

Pantallas de realidad espacial: Un nuevo prototipo con una pantalla grande de 27 pulgadas

Sony presentará un prototipo de 27 pulgadas de la pantalla de realidad espacial (SR Display) que reproduce el mundo real con imágenes espaciales 3D. El formato de pantalla más grande permite mostrar objetos de tamaño real para poder reproducir las imágenes médicas y los diseños de productos con mayor realismo. En el stand, SR Display se utilizará para mostrar contenido de gráficos computacionales 3D con aplicaciones en varios campos, tales como los datos de las nubes de puntos utilizadas en la RV (realidad virtual) y la RA (realidad aumentada), así como arquitectura y diseño asistido por computadora (CAD), en un espacio virtual. Además, el video multivista creado por los datos deportivos en vivo y los personajes virtuales de Hawk-Eye ahora se pueden reproducir en SR Display como un nuevo estilo de entretenimiento.

Previsualización impulsada por “mocopi”

La tecnología de previsualización se demostrará utilizando el sistema de captura de movimiento móvil “mocopi” de Sony, el cual permite a los creadores revisar el manejo de su cámara y las posiciones de los personajes con edición VFX* en la etapa de preproducción. Un modelo CG se muestra en el monitor de visualización, que se sincroniza en tiempo real con el movimiento del modelo que lleva puesto el dispositivo “mocopi”. Esta tecnología contribuye a optimizar el flujo de trabajo de producción y permite a los creadores simular la producción en las primeras etapas, lo que mejora la calidad de su trabajo.

Sony exhibirá PlayStation®VR2 (PS VR2), el casco de realidad virtual de próxima generación para PlayStation®5 (PS5™) que brinda una experiencia inmersiva de juego inigualable. PS VR2 cuenta con algunas funciones clave activadas a través de PS VR2 Sense Technology, tales como retroalimentación del casco, seguimiento ocular, sonido 3D y botones adaptables, así como retroalimentación táctil del control PS VR2 Sense™. Ciertos videojuegos para PS VR2 y PS5 estarán disponibles para probarse, además de accesorios para PS5 que se demostrarán en el stand.
