Este jueves fueron entregadas carpas, colchonetas, alimentos no perecederos, agua potable y ropa usada en buen estado, entre otros insumos, gracias a un proceso de recolección realizado por Bancamiga en sus 34 agencias de todo el país

En su línea de empresa socialmente responsable, Bancamiga entregó este jueves un importante donativo de alimentos no perecederos, agua potable, ropa en buen estado, carpas, colchonetas y otros insumos a Las Tejerías.

Los colaboradores de Bancamiga en todo el país se activaron en un proceso de recolección, donde las 34 agencias se convirtieron en centros de acopio, apenas ocurrió la tragedia.

La donación fue acompañada por una carta firmada por el Presidente Ejecutivo de Bancamiga, Ariel José Martínez Coujil, quien resaltó que “lo ocurrido en Las Tejerías ha puesto una vez más a prueba la solidaridad de los venezolanos, y Bancamiga no ha sido la excepción”.

Al aporte del personal, Bancamiga sumó un apoyo especial representado en carpas y colchonetas.

Todos unidos por Las Tejerías

En nombre de todos los trabajadores, la Gerente de la Región Centro, Sojaima Segovia, hizo la entrega formal al jefe de Mercal en el estado Aragua, Rubén Flores, quien agradeció a Bancamiga su solidaridad con Las Tejerías, que fue en gran parte “devastado” por la fuerza de la naturaleza.

“Recibimos con mucha alegría la contribución de Bancamiga, porque desde este centro de acopio llegará a todas las comunidades. Tenemos la responsabilidad de organizar la entrega de los insumos e incluso, a través del Instituto Nacional de Nutrición, preparar la comida para tantos afectados. Vamos a hacer llegar este donativo a los pobladores, a nuestros trabajadores y a nuestros funcionarios que día a día están esforzándose para que Las Tejerías vuelva a renacer. Muchas gracias, Bancamiga”.

Los clientes con Puntos de Venta Bancamiga que perdieron su equipo en el deslave de Las Tejerías recibirán el respaldo del banco, sin costo alguno.

Para Sojaima Segovia, el proceso de recolección que se ha realizado muestra la conexión del personal de Bancamiga con la solidaridad.

“Hemos visto cómo en el país cada día el esfuerzo de todos los colaboradores del banco se ha ido incrementando. Es hermoso lo que se ha observado en la región Metropolitana, en Occidente, en Oriente, en el Centro. Todos trabajando en función de aportar su granito de arena, con la presidencia de la institución motorizando esta iniciativa y otros organizando la ayuda”.

Con este aporte a Las Tejerías, Bancamiga reafirma una vez más su solidaridad con los venezolanos y su firme disposición de ayudar ante cualquier situación de emergencia.
